Production Engineer

Job Purpose:

To supervise and manage production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with company standards and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily production activities according to established schedules.

· Monitor production lines, ensuring proper functioning of equipment and resolving any operational or technical issues.

· Coordinate with other departments (Maintenance, Quality, Warehousing) to ensure smooth workflow.

· Track production performance and prepare regular progress and efficiency reports.

· Participate in developing and implementing process improvement initiatives to optimize resource utilization.

· Ensure compliance with quality management systems (ISO, GMP, or equivalent) and occupational health & safety procedures.

· Supervise, guide, and train technicians and production workers.

· Contribute to the continuous development of production procedures in alignment with the company’s strategic goals.

Qualifications and Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

· 1–3 years of experience in industrial production (preferably in food or pharmaceutical industries).

· Solid knowledge of production and quality management systems.

· Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

· Proficiency in relevant computer applications (e.g., MS Office, ERP systems).

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
