"الطرف" أو "الأطراف" تشير إلى كل من العميل والشركة، أو أي منهما. تشير جميع المصطلحات إلى العرض، والقبول، ومقابل الدفع اللازم لتنفيذ عملية المساعدة للعميل بأفضل طريقة ممكنة، سواء من خلال اجتماعات رسمية أو أي وسيلة أخرى، بهدف تلبية احتياجات العميل فيما يتعلق بتقديم خدمات/منتجات الشركة وفقًا للقوانين المعمول بها في الأردن. وأي استخدام للمصطلحات بصيغة المفرد أو الجمع أو بأحرف كبيرة أو ضمائر مختلفة يتم التعامل معه بالتبادل ويُفهم على أنه يشير إلى نفس المعنى.

بيان الخصوصية

نحن ملتزمون بحماية خصوصيتك. لا يستخدم المعلومات التي يتم جمعها من العملاء سوى الموظفين المصرح لهم وفي حدود الحاجة. نقوم بمراجعة أنظمتنا وبياناتنا بشكل مستمر لضمان أفضل خدمة ممكنة.

السرية

تُعتبر سجلات العملاء سرية، ولن يتم الكشف عنها لأي طرف ثالث باستثناء شركاء التوصيل أو الجهات القانونية إذا لزم الأمر. للعميل الحق في طلب نسخة من أي سجل يخصه بعد إشعار مسبق معقول. يُطلب من العملاء الاحتفاظ بنسخ من أي مستندات تم إصدارها بخصوص خدماتنا. عند اللزوم، سنوفر للعميل مستندات مكتوبة أو نسخًا من السجلات كجزء من الاتفاق. لن نبيع أو نشارك أو نؤجر معلوماتك الشخصية لأي طرف ثالث، ولن نستخدم بريدك الإلكتروني لإرسال رسائل غير مرغوب فيها.

إخلاء المسؤولية والاستثناءات والقيود

يُقدم محتوى هذا الموقع "كما هو". إلى الحد الأقصى الذي يسمح به القانون، فإن الشركة:

يجب إشعار الإلغاء قبل ساعة واحدة على الأقل من تسليم الطلب لشركة التوصيل، ويجب تأكيده عبر مكالمة هاتفية ثم برسالة رسمية عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو الواتساب أو رسالة نصية. نحتفظ بالحق في فرض رسوم لتغطية أي تكاليف إدارية لاحقة.

سياسة البيع والاسترجاع

أولًا: سياسة البيع

تضمن الشركة أن جميع المنتجات أصلية 100% ومخزنة وفق أعلى معايير الجودة.

يتم تجهيز الطلب خلال يوم عمل كحد أقصى من تأكيد الشراء.

يتم التوصيل خلال يومي عمل داخل المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية ما لم يُتفق خلاف ذلك.

الأسعار تشمل ضريبة المبيعات القانونية ولا تشمل رسوم التوصيل ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك.

ثانيًا: سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال

يمكن الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال فقط إذا كان المنتج لا يزال في مستودع الشركة ولم يُسلّم لشركة التوصيل.

بعد تسليم المنتج لشركة التوصيل، لا يُسمح بالاسترجاع أو الاستبدال إلا في حالة وجود خطأ في الطلب.

في حال وجود خطأ:

تتحمل الشركة كامل المسؤولية وتكاليف الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال.
يجب التواصل معنا خلال 24 ساعة من استلام المنتج مع تزويدنا بتفاصيل الطلب عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو الواتساب.

شروط قبول الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال:

أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية (غير مفتوح أو مستخدم أو متضرر).

أن تكون العبوة الخارجية سليمة وكاملة.

توفر إثبات الشراء مثل الفاتورة أو رقم الطلب الرسمي.

إنهاء الاتفاقيات واسترداد المدفوعات

يحق للطرفين إنهاء أي اتفاقية خدمة لأي سبب. لا تُسترد المدفوعات في حال بدء الخدمة. يتم استرداد المبالغ المدفوعة فقط مقابل خدمات لم تُستخدم.

التوافر

ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك، فإن الخدمات المتاحة في الموقع مخصصة للأردن فقط. لا يجوز إعادة نشر أو توزيع أي جزء من محتوى الموقع بدون إذن خطي. لا نضمن أن الخدمة ستكون خالية من الأخطاء أو الانقطاعات. باستخدامك لهذا الموقع، فإنك توافق على تعويض الشركة وموظفيها ضد أي ضرر ناتج.

Force Majeure

Waiver

Failure of either Party to insist upon strict performance of any provision of this or any Agreement or the failure of either Party to exercise any right or remedy to which it, he or they are entitled hereunder shall not constitute a waiver thereof and shall not cause a diminution of the obligations under this or any Agreement. No waiver of any of the provisions of this or any Agreement shall be effective unless it is expressly stated to be such and signed by both Parties.

General

The laws of Jordan govern these terms and conditions.
