Sales Representative

Job Purpose:

To promote and sell the company’s products to existing and potential customers, build and maintain strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets in line with the company’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

· Implement sales plans and achieve assigned monthly and annual targets.

· Identify and approach new potential clients to expand the customer base.

· Conduct regular visits to clients and deliver product presentations.

· Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure their needs are met effectively.

· Negotiate prices, contracts, and terms in accordance with company policies.

· Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.

· Gather market and competitor information to support the development of sales strategies.

· Ensure compliance with company procedures and work standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

· 1–3 years of experience in sales (preferably in the food or pharmaceutical industries).

· Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

· Proven ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

· Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

· Valid driving license (owning a car is a plus).

· Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

· Professional appearance and ability to represent the company effectively.
