Production Staff / Production Operator

Job Purpose:

To support daily production operations and ensure tasks are executed accurately and efficiently, in compliance with company quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform daily production tasks according to supervisor instructions or production plans.

· Monitor production stages and ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.

· Operate simple equipment and machinery under the guidance of machine operators or production engineers.

· Accurately fill out production records and forms.

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area according to health and safety regulations.

· Report any issues or malfunctions in equipment or production processes to the direct supervisor.

· Follow quality and safety procedures (GMP, ISO, or equivalent).

· Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications and Experience:

· High school diploma or technical diploma (preferred in some technical fields).

· 6 months to 2 years of experience in production (preferably in food or pharmaceutical industries).

· Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team.

· Basic knowledge of occupational health and safety procedures.
