Machine Operator

Job Purpose:
To operate, monitor, and maintain machines and production lines to ensure efficient workflow, product quality, and compliance with safety and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
· Operate machines and production lines according to approved procedures and instructions.
· Monitor production processes and ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
· Perform basic inspections and checks on machines before and during operation; report any malfunctions or technical issues.
· Follow production schedules and contribute to achieving efficiency and productivity targets.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
· Cooperate with the maintenance team to carry out routine servicing or necessary repairs.
· Record production data and complete required reports or logs.
· Adhere to quality standards and follow GMP, ISO, or equivalent systems.
Qualifications and Experience:
· High school diploma minimum (Technical/Industrial diploma preferred).
· 1–2 years of experience in machine operation or production lines (preferably in food or pharmaceutical industries).
· Basic knowledge of machine safety and precautionary measures.
· Ability to identify and handle minor machine malfunctions.
